Here's an example:
Matt. 10:42 And whoever shall give one of these little ones just a cup of cold water to drink in the name of a disciple, verily I say to you, he shall never lose his reward.
There's the immediate need. Thirst.
Here are YOU; you have water. My Dear Son is not asking you to give all your water, all your income, all your food. Just share some of what you have, for an immediate need to help a thirsty soul.
That is love and mercy in action. It doesn't need to be a lot. It does need to be:
- Timely (at the moment of need).
- Personal (direct to the person who needs it).
- Just what is needed (a person who needs water or food doesn't necessarily need money).
- Enough (a cup, not a drop).
Learn to show My love in little ways, and in little things. Don't hold back As you might say, "Just do it. "
My dear children, you can do this. I will not withhold any good thing from you if you do.
